Through type ultrasonic cleaning machine
Ultrasonic cleaning equipment is mainly used for cleaning small and medium-sized components with complex shapes, small holes, and deep holes such as gears, bearings, powder metallurgy, automotive parts, hydraulic components, pneumatic components, and instruments. The cleaning principle is that a high-frequency oscillation signal is emitted by an ultrasonic generator, which is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by a transducer and propagated to the corresponding cleaning solvent in the medium. The forward radiation of ultrasonic waves in the cleaning solution causes the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles continuously grow in the negative pressure zone formed by the longitudinal propagation of ultrasonic waves, and quickly close in the positive pressure zone. In this process called "cavitation" effect, the bubbles close and form an instantaneous high pressure of over 1000 atmospheres, like a series of small explosions, constantly impacting the inner and outer surfaces of the object, causing dirt on the surface and gaps of the object to quickly peel off, thus achieving the goal of surface purification of the object.
This type of cleaning machine can be divided into continuous pass type, double chain suspension step type, multi slot combined driving conveyor type, etc. according to its conveying type.
Representative process flow of ultrasonic cleaning machine:
Process A: Loading → Ultrasonic Cleaning → Spraying → Drying → Unloading
Process B: Coarse spray → Ultrasonic cleaning → Coarse spray → Ultrasonic cleaning → Blow drying → Drying
Process C: Loading → Ultrasonic Coarse Cleaning → Ultrasonic Fine Cleaning → Ultrasonic Rinsing → Hot Air Drying → Drying → Drying
